The “Natural Gas – Greek Energy Company” was established on a 2000m² floor. The architectural program envisioned accommodating 180 employees in various phases, considering the diverse needs of employees in different departments. Initially, the management’s choice was for open-plan office spaces. The proposal was based on the central placement of various meeting spaces in an area defined by a free curve realized with a wooden structure. This allows employees in different directions to be positioned peripherally, closer to natural light, while still maintaining their autonomy. Simultaneously, the extensive space is divided into smaller, more intimate units for the employees, avoiding fragmentation of the overall area.
