The 50m2 apartment had a large and dark entrance hall which combined with the corridor leading to the bathroom comprised an important fraction of the overall area. The proposed renovation was based on a unified living-dining and kitchen area and the removal of the corridor which had the result of substantially increasing the used space and allowing the light to penetrate deeper in all areas.
