This location offers magnificent views to the sea while it ensures the privacy and tranquility of its occupants. The two storey house surrounds a courtyard which is open towards the sea providing all main internal areas with interesting views. The need for independence of the respective bedrooms of the house as well as that of the guestroom was met through independent staircases for the bedrooms with their ancillary areas while the guestroom is completely detached and is connected tothemain building through a covered courtyard.
