This summer house is situated on a gently slope with excellent southern views towards the sea. We tried το incorporate an external sitting area, sheltered from the sun and the wind, between two independent building volumes one for the living and dining areas, the other for two independent complexes housing two bedrooms each.This layout on the one hand increases the area of the utilized space and on the other offers possibilities of independent use of the space when more guests are present. The separation of the building volumes allows for a more gentle integration of the building to the complex relief as the height of the respective volumes follows the existing inclinations.
