This is the reconstruction of an old traditional house of the 19^th century and its transformation into a vacation house in Stemnitsa in Arcadia. The remains of the old external staircase made of stone were restored and the staircase was used as the access to the main entrance of the house which is at the first floor. The living and dining area of the house is on the first floor, the master bedroom is on the ground floor and a combined guest room and sitting room are on the second floor. An interesting feature of the house is the open-closed outdoor area on the second floor with its surrounding windows that allow for the use of the space all year round offering magnificent views.
